Café 001 is Meridian's first coffee: a small release of Ecuadorian whole beans in a silver tin you keep. It connects two homes. Ecuador, where the coffee and the family come from. New York, where Meridian is taking shape. On the tin, the Virgen del Panecillo and Lady Liberty face each other across one line. The cafecito is the ritual they share.
